నా ప్రయాణం.
I am MuramReddy Venkateswarlu, known to most as Venkat Reddy. After completing my Master of Computer Applications (MCA), I spent nearly ten fulfilling years in the IT industry, including working in the USA and the UK.నా పేరు మురంరెడ్డి వెంకటేశ్వర్లు. చాలామందికి నేను వెంకట్ రెడ్డిగా పరిచయం. MCA పూర్తి చేసిన తరువాత, అమెరికా, బ్రిటన్లలో పనిచేసిన అనుభవంతో కలిపి దాదాపు పది సంవత్సరాలు ఐటీ రంగంలో సంతృప్తికరమైన జీవితాన్ని గడిపాను.
Even with a comfortable career, I wanted to build something of my own. Time is our most precious wealth, and I wanted to spend mine creating something meaningful and lasting.ఉద్యోగ జీవితం సౌకర్యంగా సాగుతున్నప్పటికీ, నా కంటూ ఏదైనా సృష్టించాలనే కోరిక ఉండేది. కాలమే మనకున్న అత్యంత విలువైన సంపద అని నమ్మే నేను, ఆ సమయాన్ని అర్థవంతమైన పనికి వెచ్చించాలనుకున్నాను.
Drawn to an industry connected to a fundamental human need, I entered real estate and construction with the encouragement of family and friends. Since then, I have successfully completed ten projects. The trust of customers, landowners, investors, partners and contractors remains my most valued achievement.మనిషి మౌలిక అవసరంతో ముడిపడిన రియల్ ఎస్టేట్, నిర్మాణ రంగాల్లోకి కుటుంబ సభ్యులు, స్నేహితుల ప్రోత్సాహంతో అడుగుపెట్టాను. ఇప్పటివరకు పది ప్రాజెక్టులను విజయవంతంగా పూర్తి చేశాను. కొనుగోలుదారులు, భూ యజమానులు, పెట్టుబడిదారులు, భాగస్వాములు, కాంట్రాక్టర్ల నమ్మకమే నాకు ఎంతో విలువైన సంపద.

I believe in treating people with fairness, transparency and respect. Keeping my word and meeting my responsibilities matter deeply to me. For me, success includes living with a clear conscience and holding my head high.ప్రతి ఒక్కరితో న్యాయంగా, పారదర్శకంగా, గౌరవంగా వ్యవహరించాలని నమ్ముతాను. ఇచ్చిన మాట నిలబెట్టుకోవడం, బాధ్యతలను నెరవేర్చడం నాకు చాలా ముఖ్యం. ప్రశాంతమైన మనస్సాక్షితో, తలెత్తుకుని జీవించగలగడమే నా దృష్టిలో విజయం.
The legacy I wish to leave my children is one of integrity, kindness and human values.నా పిల్లలకు నేను అందించాలనుకునే గొప్ప సంపద నిజాయితీ, మంచితనం, మానవీయ విలువలు.

Growth matters when it supports my family’s well-being and the people who trust me.అనవసరమైన సాహసాలకు పోకుండా, ఆలోచించి నిర్ణయాలు తీసుకుంటూ, స్థిరంగా సాగగల వ్యాపారం చేయాలనుకుంటున్నాను. ఇచ్చిన మాట తప్పకుండా, అప్పులు లేని జీవితాన్ని నిర్మించుకోవాలనేది నా కోరిక. నా ఎదుగుదల నా కుటుంబానికి ప్రశాంతతను, నన్ను నమ్మినవారికి మేలును అందించాలనుకుంటాను.

Producing and acting allow me to explore different characters and be part of meaningful storytelling through Vinayakaiah Entertainments.వ్యాపారంతో పాటు సినిమాకు నా జీవితంలో ప్రత్యేక స్థానం ఉంది. వినాయకయ్య ఎంటర్టైన్మెంట్స్ ద్వారా సినిమాలు నిర్మించడం, విభిన్న పాత్రల్లో నటించడం, మనసుకు హత్తుకునే కథల్లో భాగమవడం నాకు ఆనందాన్ని ఇస్తాయి.
I wish to pursue this passion thoughtfully, choosing good film and real estate opportunities that fit my responsibilities, while keeping time for the people who make life worthwhile.నా బాధ్యతలకు అనుగుణంగా ఈ అభిరుచిని కొనసాగించాలనుకుంటున్నాను. మంచి సినిమా ప్రాజెక్టు అయినా, మంచి రియల్ ఎస్టేట్ అవకాశం అయినా వచ్చినప్పుడు ఆలోచించి ముందుకు వెళ్తూ, నా ఆత్మీయుల కోసం సమయం కేటాయించాలని కోరుకుంటాను.
